One of my favorite floral dresses. The buttons are probably my favorite part, I love cute details like that. I feel like I should be dancing in the forest when I wear this...almost like a dress up outfit. But I always seem to get compliments on it :)

My boyfriend and I shared a wonderful 2 year anniversary on Friday. Even though we planned on parasailing, the lady said it was too windy. Too windy for parasailing?? Ya..sounds odd to me but we have to reschedule. I was very bummed about that.

This has been one of my favorite outfits to wear lately. I really love the colors and patterns together. And my favorite dress is a part of this outfit too, the blue polka dot dress :) I wear it constantly since it's perfect for mixing in with other looks. Ohh man..

Nasty Gal is a very dangerous place for me and my credit card right now...I want it all! They have some super rad cutoffs right now that I am absolutely loving! And so much leopard that I am really digging lately. I always love how Nasty Gal styles their models as well, they are always inspiring me. 

Even though I just got paid recently, I really got to hold off and save up for some upcoming events in my life. Ahh...there's always wishful thinking I guess.

I hope to have a outfit post soon...my boyfriend is out of town and since he is my lovely photographer, I haven't been able to get to it. :) But Thanks for all of the support!

Please excuse the "Moptop" hair. The wind was blowing and I practically rolled out of bed...hence the pulled back bangs since they were going in every sort of direction. But I guess that's why this is a fashion blog and not a beauty blog :) Anywho..those of you who read my blog know that I am such a fan of floral print. It's so fun to wear and I love the boho/girly vibe it has to it, so I decided to layer floral on floral. This outfit is so perfect for summer with the loose, breezy top and the comfy shorts. 

I hope you are all enjoying your week..I've been busy with work and different things. But the good news is, the boyfriend and I decided to go parasailing for our 2 year anniversary next friday!! I am very, very excited, and I hope to get some photographs too :)

Plain & Simple

Sometimes it's nice just to throw on something simple and easy. I love to wear this dress during the summertime, especially because it shows off my tan. I feel like this dress is one of those dresses that doesn't really need many accessories. I have also finally gotten a pair of oxfords since I've never owned a pair before. Field Prancer

I always love getting vintage pieces from a relative. This skirt used to be my mom's, and it's so fun to wear something that she used to love too. I wonder how she would wear it...

Well, not much to say today. Im currently visiting family for one of my cousin's graduation.

And later today we will be feasting on some yummy food and drinks. It should be a great time.

Rotted Wood

I always love to be outside right after it's been raining. The smell is always so refreshing and relaxing, and nature just seems more vibrant with color. Perfect time to be outside and take photos I think. 

Another thing I love is finding great outfits from thrift stores. It just goes to show you don't need a bunch of money to look good. It also goes to show that sometimes all of my hard work digging for items really can pay off. 

Tomorrow night the boy and I are officially going to see the Steve Miller Band!! I am so so so excited...and I can't wait to sing and dance along to the music. Then this weekend, my dad and I are going on a trip for my cousins graduation party. It's going to be nice to spend a couple of days chatting with my dad and spending time with him...he's one of my best friends for sure.

You Should Know By Now

This dress is one of my new favorites...I'm seriously in LOVE with it. I love the 60s vibe with the cut, color, and pattern...it's perfect. I bought it through Tribal Fox Vintage, they really have some great stuff..you guys have to check them out! I can't wait to mix this dress into my wardrobe more.

Hope you all had a great weekend! The boy and I are planning on going to the lake tomorrow. I can't wait to spend time together and get a tan!

Living the Summer Life

1. One of the photos I took from out beautiful view spot on the 4th of July. We overlooked the city and the view was breathtaking. I have an obsession with taking photos of the moon.

2. My lovely boyfriend picking me a flower. I had to take a photo of it...it made me smile :)

3. Two of my best friends, on a shopping adventure. I'm wearing my ledzep tee I got on ebay! I love it.

4. Yes my nose is pierced...twice. I decided to do something new, and I switched out the stud in my nose so I currently have two rings. I don't know if I like it yet....time will tell.

Like Candy

I love the colors of this top, it reminds me of some sort of candy or sweet treat. The stripes and colors make it a perfect top to wear in the summer. And the best part of all..it's vintage :) Im all about crazy colors when it comes to some of my vintage finds. And these shorts...I practically live in during the summer. I'm loving my high waist shorts, and they will be shown more in my upcoming posts.

Summer is treating me very well so far. I get to go to my cousins graduation party next weekend, and I also possibly get to see Steve Miller Band in concert next week! I can't explain how excited I am for that.
