There's nothing like a cotton top :) This button up blouse is 100% cotton and so soft and comfortable. Chictopia and Cotton are hosting a competition for the best cotton look and giving lots of cash prizes and the national winner receives a trip to Miami! This is definitely something you don't want to miss out on and I'll keep you posted as the competition goes on.

One thing I love to do, is match funky socks into my looks! So I couldn't help but mix in these striped navy socks to accompany my striped/dotted top. ;) Just something fun!

Well I'm off to work, day two! I love Urban Outfitters so much already!

I've currently been writing in my journal a lot lately to document my journey :)

I visited the Portland Free People, and it was beautiful!

Yes, yet another post with recent Instagram photos of mine. ;)

I've been spending the weekend relaxing since this upcoming week I will be more busy with working and projects! My first day at Urban Outfitters is tomorrow and I can't explain how excited I am! I've been so anxious to start working again. 

I'm really starting to fall in love with Portland. Being in a bigger city than I'm used to is such an inspiration to me. It makes me feel like I can accomplish so much more and that there are endless opportunities. I'm so grateful for what life is bringing to me so far. It's showing that taking risks is important and you never know what can happen until you try.

Little Red Dress

I'm surprised I never really wear red, because I am so in love with my new red dress from Black Sheep!  It's the perfect material, somewhat thick and not thin which is so perfect for the weather lately. The bottom of the dress is so fun when I twirl too...it's the ideal little dress I must say ;) I'm happy that I decided to step out of my normal comfort zone and try something different, like wearing red. What new things do you want to try with your wardrobe?
