I'm the One Who Dreams of Yesterday

(Dress: H&M, Vest: Thrifted, Socks: Thrifted, Mocks: Minnetonka, Books: On The Road by Jack Kerouac, and Into the Wild by Jon Krakauer) 

Not your usual outfit post from me, but this outfit really isn't suitable for the weather we've been having where I live. I really just wanted to show off this new vest I got. Remember me talking about the new thrift store I will be visiting frequently? I got this vest there for a quarter! No joke. The book and vest together were a wopping 50 cents. Exactly why the thrift store will be seeing my face a lot more :)
When I was younger I used to be somewhat of a book worm. I read the entire Harry Potter series among many other random books but anymore I have only seemed to have read a few books through out the year. I'm determined to change that. I have been told that Jack Kerouac's books are phenomenal and there are many other books on my list I want to get through this winter. Any suggestions for great reads that you might have, please let me know!

    Wow! A quarter for that vest is a grand steal! Into the Wild was one of my dad's favorite books. He read it before he climbed Mt. Everest, sadly dying in his attempt. Seeing that book on your post made me smile. Hope you enjoy it when you read it. :)
