I'm sure you all can guess who my major inspiration for this look was.
The beautiful and very stylish, Alexa Chung.
I'm pretty much obsessed with her girly spin on menswear and tomboy looks. She looks so stunning and makes it seem so effortless. So I did some sort of dress up I guess and tried a Chung inspired look. I was also very much inspired by the lovely Islabell of A Fine Day For Sailing. She recently wore the cutest corduroy dress I've ever seen and that's when I remembered my mom giving me a corduroy dress of hers. You can't see the cute little buttons on the side unfortunately but I'm really love this dress..and it's equipped with pockets! And how cute is this little purse?? I found it at my favorite thrift store yesterday and I couldn't leave it behind. I think it is the perfect accessory to my Alexa Chung inspired look :)
I had a great time today with my step-mom shopping around the mall! :) I hope you are all enjoying your Saturday as well <3
