Amour

(Romper: c/o Lulu's, Scarf: Vintage)

I took these photos in my back yard the other day, when the sun finally decided to come out! I have a soft spot for rompers. It seems most people either love them or hate them. I think they're such a perfect alternative to dresses. This one from Lulu's is so simple, which I absolutely love, because I can pair it with fun accessories like this paisley scarf. How gorgeous is this scarf too? I picked it up while I was out thrifting the other day...so surprising right? ;)

Down by the Riverside

(Top: Vintage, Everything else: Free People)

Just back at my favorite spot by the river. This has been one of my go to outfits recently. I found this top a couple weeks ago at a thrift store and feel in love instantly. I really love the coral color used in it, and that it's embroidered. It really reminds me of Spring...and I'm starting to get a little anxious for Spring's actual arrival.
Life has been great again lately. I have been very busy with work and I have exciting personal news for the month of April but I will share when the time comes :)

Have a great week everyone!!

Spring Fever

Dreaming of warmer months and the future.

There's a Time for Everything

(Coat: Sheinside, Top: Romwe, Skirt: American Apparel, Shoes: Free People)

I'm looking forward to spring and being able to wear dresses and skirts like this more often! I love mustard and maroon together. It's like a toned down version of ketchup and mustard. And the polka dots just make it a little more fun to wear :)
Hope you are all having a great week!

Dress Up

(Wearing: Vintage dress from KooKooKachoo Vintage. For sale!)

When it's rainy outside, I like to dress up in my vintage dresses. It rains here a lot so sometimes I have to make due with the conditions and try taking photos inside. This is another one of those dresses that when I wear it, I feel as though I've stepped back in time. I love the print and the darker colors. I could see a girl in the 60s wearing this at a concert or a fun party. Wondering who possibly had the dress before me is what makes vintage so cool I think.

Sorry I've been the worst blogger ever. I have been very busy with work lately, but I am going to try and keep the posts more consistent!

Let it Go

(Dress: c/o Siren London, Boots: Free People, Coat: MinkPink, Socks: Urban Outfitters, Ring: c/o Eclectic Eccentricity)

I love going to this spot by the river. It's so peaceful and it's perfect to just go walk around to clear your mind. I finally decided to take some photos by it too and I think I might be coming back here for photos more often.
I seriously haven't been wanting to take this dress off lately. I feel so pretty in it, and it's the perfect mix of girly and bohemian. I wore it as a tunic a couple of days, and wore it with my brown cords and I actually really liked it. Maybe I'll post that outfit too :) It's finally starting to warm up a little bit too so I was able to wear this dress without tights!! Yay, Spring I'm ready for you!
Have a great weekend everyone!

The Basics

(Dress: Urban Outfitters, Coat: Sheinside, Necklace: c/o Salt on the Rocks, Bag: Thrifted)

There's just something wonderful about a simple baby doll dress. You can easily dress it up or down, and it's great for showcasing off jewelry. I absolutely love the color of this dress too. It's another great basic to have but I still feel pretty in it. And I know it'll be perfect this summer just to throw on for an easy, cute look :)
