Turning Times

(Dress: Older Free People, Boots and Cardigan: Vintage)

I took these photos a little bit ago for the Seventeen September issue!
I love this time of the year where it's starting to cool down a bit, but you're still able to wear dresses without tights! Pairing knits on knits is another one of my favorite things to do as fall rolls around. I pretty much live in this cardigan during the fall and winter too. It's the perfect color and I love the different shapes in the knit too. And the fact that it's oversized is a big bonus for me too.

Hope you're all having a great week!

Golden Girl

(Dress: Free People, Clutch: Vintage, Boots: Sam Edelman)

I really love when skirts and dresses have a high-low cut to them. When I walk, this dress trails behind and flows so beautifully. I've shown this dress before in a post but I took more photos, and I love this dress so why not show it again!? This clutch is one of my favorite thrift finds ever too. It goes with everything and is such a great bohemian style accessory.

I still need your help with the FP Me contest! I would love to go to Home Office and I need your help! Log on or create a FP Me profile and like my photos! My profile link is here!

Never Ending Summer

Dress: Free People, Cropped Top: Free People)

Where has the summer gone!? It seems like just yesterday it was June and now it's already almost September! Luckily it's still been pretty decent in Portland, but I think the rainy season is well on its way. If you have ever bought a trapeze slip from Free People, I'm sure you know how amazing and versatile they are. They come in so many colors and I wear mine all year long! Perfect for layering, which I love to do once the weather starts to cool down.
Happy Friday!

ALSO: I need your help in helping me win a trip to Free People's Home Office! If you have a FP Me account, make sure and find me and like my photos! I would really appreciate it and I can find you guys there too :) My profile is here, thanks so much!! <3

Little Moon

(Dress and Hat: Free People)

Just a few shots that my boyfriend took of me for the little collaboration I did with Free People Bridgeport! I have been in love with this dress for far too long...and it even comes in lavender now too! I just love all of the crochet details and it looks vintage too. You can pretty much see me living in this hat too, luckily my friend let me borrow it for so long!
Make sure and check out the little Q&A interview and photos on Free People Bridgeport's Instagram! (username: freepeoplebridgeportvillage) Or find them on my Instagram! :) Username: themoptop

Life has been keeping me very busy as always! Hope you guys are all enjoying your week!

Beach Stripes

So, I particularly bought this dress because I thought it would be so perfect for the coast. It has this great, subtle beach feel to it that I absolutely love. The stripes and buttons on the back...it's perfection. I love the light peach color of it too. All in all, I am in love with it.
I had a great time on my annual trip to the coast with the family. Even though I could only stay a few days, it was really fun! Thanks to my wonderful Mom for taking these photos!

American Eagle - Rock Your Walk

(Dress: American Eagle, Necklace: American Eagle, and Boots: American Eagle, Hat: Free People)

There's just always something wonderful about a little black dress isn't there?! I always feel so pretty in them, especially paired with the right accessories. These boots are the perfect splash of color for this dress. I'm in love with pretty much anything maroon, and I adore the studded details up the back...it adds a little bit of edge to them! I've really been into jewelry with simple shapes lately. I always lean towards triangles too, they're such a classic but fun shape to wear....so this necklace is definitely a staple for me!
I love when pieces look like they were made to be worn together! :)

Patches

(Tank: Anthropologie, Necklaces: Constance Anne, Pants: Free People, Boots: Sam Edelman)

Floral patches on pants...I'm in love. I have been in love with these pants from Free People for a long time now, even with the first colors that came out. But when I saw the floral ones, it was love at first sight! They're perfect to add a girly touch to a casual look. I've been wanting to wear comfy clothes lately with school, so this is definitely a go to look for me right now.
Make sure and check out the new Free People Bridgeport store location if you're in the Tigard/Portland area! <3
