Dandelion, Don't tell no Lies

(Top: Forever 21, Skirt: Romwe, Belt: Thrifted, Shoes: JC Penny, Backpack: DIY)

Hello hello everyone! I hope you had a fantastic week and I'm sure for the most part you're all happy it's Friday!? I am :) I've got such a busy day ahead of me. I recently got myself another job at this adorable boutique in my town, Swank Boutique! I am so so so excited about this job, and I'm sure you'll be hearing about it a lot (we sell online too!)
Anyways, the weather warmed up for a bit and I was happy to be wearing dresses and skirts outside again....with no tights! I also recently found this top at Forever 21 and I LOVE the color. I definitely see myself wearing it a lot this summer too with my high waisted shorts. Those of you who follow me on twitter/instagram know that I got myself some nice shoes too...including these oxfords. JC Penny's really has some cute shoes right now! And I loved them with the dandelions too ;)
ALSO: This backpack was a DIY, learn how I did it here!

Added lots of new stuff to the shop!!

Floral Backpack DIY

I have seen so many cute printed backpacks lately, they're all over! I'm sure you all know by now I am a thrifty gal, so I figured I could make one myself! I actually really really loved how it turned out. And I even think I will feature it in my next outfit post :)

Things You'll Need:
-Backpack (I got mine at a thrift store!)
-Fabric
-Glue gun & glue
-Scissors
-Sharpie Pen

First: Trace the parts of the backpack in which you want the fabric to be. I chose ones that I thought would be best for this backpack, so it will most likely be different for other bags.
Next: Position the fabric to double check that it fits correctly. Then hot glue the fabric to backpack, I started to glue the corners first. I found that easiest :)
Glueing :)
Then: I traced and cut out the bigger section.
Lastly: I glued the big piece onto the backpack. Again starting with the corners.
And here is the finished product!! :) It only took about an hour or so, not too bad!
Let me know what you guys think. And send me a photo if you try it yourself!
(Remember to like on Bloglovin' too!)

I will try to get some backpacks in the shop soon too ;)

EARTH DAY!
Best Breakfast <3
My favorite place for outfit photos

What a busy busy time it's been for me lately! School and two jobs has got me with hands full lately.
I'm so happy with how things are though :) So it's for the best! Instagram has been so popular lately and I couldn't help but hop on the band wagon myself. It's seriously so addicting! These photos are a few from recently that I wanted to share.
If you guys want, follow me on either Instagram, username: tonyas92
or on twitter!
Also, I added some really great things to my vintage store, KooKooKachoo Vintage! Perfect items for Spring and Summer! You don't want to miss out on those ;)
And just a little secret....I see another DIY post in the very near future!!

Floral, Polka Dots, & Earth Day!

(All Items Vintage)

PRINT MIXING! :) One of my favorite things to do when it comes to fashion. It's so much fun to mix and match different combinations to see what you can come up with. And I think floral print mixes with almost any print. I also am so in love with this bag and these sandals together. They always pull my looks together so well, and I'm so happy they compliment each other perfectly.
It was such a beautiful day too, and in honor of Earth Day, I thought wearing an all vintage/thrifted outfit would be perfect! Buying from thrift stores and reusing vintage helps the environment...and who wouldn't want to do that? :)
Time to finish studying! I have two test tomorrow...ahh!!

Dancing Days

(Top: Nordstrom, Necklace: Thrifted, Belt/Jewelry/Shoes: Vintage, Skirt: Romwe)

This is one of my favorite outfits to wear as of lately. I love the boho/easy feel to it, but at the same time I feel it's well put together. And it's featuring my cool new necklace. It's not really new though...I found it at a thrift store ;) It might be hard to see, but I'm also wearing some of my favorite turquoise jewelry too. I pretty much love anything turquoise.
I'm so excited for the weekend too, one of my best friends is coming to visit! I haven't seen her in a long time so it's going to be fun to catch up. It'll be nice to keep my mind busy too.

Mint & Lace

(Scarf: Forever 21, Top: Vintage, Bag: Thrifting, Jeans: Volcom, Shoes: Vintage)

HELLO EVERYONE! Im finally back with an outfit post :) I have been so busy lately, that it's been hard to get time to take some photos. Plus the weather has been kind of windy and rainy! Thank you all for sticking it out with me though ;)
Pastels have been so popular lately and I couldn't help but try out my mint scarf with some of my looks. I think it definitely ads more of a 'spring feel' to things. I also recently found this lace top last weekend while out thrifting and it's been my favorite lately...I feel like I say that with all my pieces haha
But the collar is kind of high, which I love because it reminds me a bit of victorian style things :)
Time for me to head to work though, I hope you all are doing great as always!!

I'm also on Instagram now! Follow me :) username: tonyas92

Last night most of you know that I attended Spokane's Top Model! It was my first year ever going, and I seriously had a blast! I got to check out around backstage and everywhere to snap some photos of the models getting ready. I even got to help style some of the girls with Swank Boutique, who I will be working for now!! :) I'm so excited to join the team and I am already loving it.
The winner of of the competition received a modeling contract and also gets to be in Seattle Fashion week, what a lucky girl! Our girls did so amazing and I LOVED the outfits on them....not just because I got to help ;) But the show was so amazing, and I highly recommend going if the chance is ever available! I know I plan on going next year.
And if you loved what our girls were wearing, you can buy some of the pieces from Swank Boutique too! SHOP SWANK BOUTIQUE!

Hope you are all enjoying your weekend, mine has been amazing :)
