In Check

I'm all about comfort while still being stylish these days. Jumpsuits and rompers are the perfect go-to, "want to be comfortable but still cute" piece. This one is really great for those busy days on the go, that are going to be really long because seriously it's just so comfy...I feel like I'm in my PJs! I dressed it up a little more with a just my heeled black boots, just to make the look a little more feminine. 

Well I'm off to bed! I had a great day hiking around Mt. Hood but it kicked my butt, so I'm ready to call it an early night. Hope you guys are enjoying your weekend too!

Last of Fall

This year, one of my major fall staples has been an oversized, comfy sweater. I've been so busy lately that it's been great just to throw on a sweater with my black jeans and a pair of boots and call it good. It takes out all of the complications of "what should I wear" and "I hate everything in my closet", because it's almost impossible to say no to a comfy sweater during the cold weather.

Dockside Morning

Take to me back to this beautiful day, the beautiful light, the perfect setting, and the perfect time spent with my favorite guy. I love those days that just seem to go so right, and you're just caught up making memories.

I think I've mentioned this before, but I just love pairing the same color together. Wearing the same shade but different tones makes for an interesting outfit I think. And can I just say that I wear this cardigan so much? It's so perfect for wearing around the house on colder morning while I drink my coffee.

Game Changer

The recent discovery of t-shirt dresses has been a bit of revolution for me. They are great for dressing down (like in this post) or dressing up a bit (previous post). They were even perfect for traveling and walking around town. Let's just say I'm a fan!

Is anybody else loving the whole tie around the waist thing? I know I've said it before, but I think it's such a cool way to add a layer to a look...and it's super 90s! As a kid of the 90s, I'm all about bringing them back.
