Salty Sea

Hello hello everyone! I am currently by the beautiful ocean enjoying a bit of a vacation with the family. It's our yearly tradition and so far it's been very nice. With no free wi-fi at the hotel, I am here at a local coffee shop enjoying a latte and finally posting! :) I hope to post as much as I can, but we will see how it goes.

I love the little balcony at our hotel room. Just to the right of me is the salty sea, and I adore sipping coffee and enjoying my meals out there. It's something I wish I could enjoy everyday.

One of my favorite hobbies, apart from thrifting is going to antique shops! My mom, little brother, and I stopped at this one and I loved peaking around at all the little treasures. I even picked up a turquoise ring, some postcards, and a cute little floral tin box.

My little brother...hahah

The ocean is one of my favorite things ever. I've always been mesmerized by it. In a way it almost terrifies me how mysterious it is, that's why I think I love it so much. There's so much we don't know about it...but it's absolutely breathtaking. Ahhh I hope to live by the sea someday...

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend!

i guess if you could enjoy the beauty of the coffees on the balcony near the beach, then it wouldn't be nearly as beautiful as looking forward to that annual tradition :)

  12. I love the Oregon coast. It is magical to be near the ocean and even more the Pacific Northwest. It's gorgeous. Glad you're having a good time and can't wait to see if you find some cool thrift treasures! <3

  13. I live in a coastal town by the ocean and I wouldn't be able to have it any other way. I need to be near it because it's just so magnificent and monumental. It's scary and alluring all at once!

I love antique shops as well! I just went to one recently and found a couple of cute tea cups and a heart-shaped wicker mirror. Your dress is adorable, by the way and it looks like you're having a nice relaxing time by the sea!
